As for as I am concerned and know about nature it is very motherly and lovely. I personally feel that if we plunge into water we do not sink in it either we know how to swim or not. In my view it is not necessary that there is any age limitation to learn it. We may be either five or fifty years old. In the beginning when I got tired after swimming, I used a yoga named DRAVASANA to get rest in water and I felt relax in water. Continuing this process in the last five years I have experimented various phenomenon of yoga in water and finally I got success.
